- New Clients: You can request teletherapy during your initial phone consultation or through our online booking portal. Our Office Manager will match you with the right therapist and guide you through the simple setup process for your first virtual appointment.
Insurance Coverage for Teletherapy
We believe high-quality mental health support should be accessible and affordable. In Oregon, state law ensures that Telehealth is covered.
- Oregon Health Plan (OHP): Teletherapy is fully covered for OHP members, including those under Trillium Community Health Plan or PacificSource.
- Private Insurers: Major providers such as Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, Providence, and Aetna are mandated to cover telehealth services in Oregon.
- Confirmed Partnerships: If you are self-pay or have MODA or PacificSource commercial insurance, teletherapy is fully confirmed as a covered service.
