Insurance and Sliding Scale FeesServices may be covered in-full or in-part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
When scheduling an appointment, please provide us your desired booking time with your insurance provider and member ID so that we may check your benefits. Your fees will be determined before you meet for your initial session. For many people, this is mostly covered by your insurance. Fees are determined on both insurance and fee-for-service basis. If you would like to take advantage of our sliding scale, please let us know at the time an appointment is requested. Sliding scale fees are based on financial need and provider availability. PaymentCredit and debit cards are accepted for payment. Payment is due at the time of service, and co-pays and fee-for-service will be charged to your card within 24 hours after your therapy session.
Cancellation PolicyIf you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a late cancellation fee to compensate your therapist for this lost appointment time.
No Surprises, Surprises Act (January 1, 2022):This Act requires that if you do not have health insurance, receive out of network services, or choose not to use health insurance, you have federally protected rights to receive notification regarding a good faith estimate and balance billing.
