Insurance and Sliding Scale Fees:
Your fees will be determined before you meet for your initial session. For many people this is mostly covered by your insurance. Fees are determined on both insurance and fee-for-service basis.
If you would like to take advantage of our sliding scale, please let us know at the time of your call. Sliding scale fees are based on financial need and provider availability.
No Surprise, Surprise Act January 1., 2022:
This Act requires that if you do not have health insurance receive out of network services, or choose not to use health insurance, you have federally protected rights to receive notification regarding a good faith estimate and balance billing.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

Providence Health Plans
PeaceHealth/Meritain - (there is NO out of network deductible with these plans)
United Health Care, United, United Behavioral Health, UMR
At this time we do not accept:
Cash, checks, and credit/debit cards are accepted for payment Co-pays and Fee for Service will be charged to your debit or credit card within 24 hours after your therapy session. Or, you may pay by cash or check at time of service.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a late cancellation fee to compensate your therapist for this lost appointment time.
When scheduling an appointment, please provide us your desired booking time with your insurance provider and member ID so that we may check your benefits.
