Willamette Sky Counseling was developed with the intention to provide a welcoming, comfortable, and confidential place for clients to meet with a therapist to receive respectful and attentive support and to explore what might feel unsettled, overwhelming, or confusing in their lives. Our team of experienced Eugene, OR therapists can provide a fresh perspective, problem-solving skills, and increased coping strategies for issues such as depression, anxiety, unresolved family of origin concerns, trauma, grief, stress management, body image, and creative blocks. Many people also find our counselors to be of benefit in managing personal growth, improving interpersonal relationships, and navigating the stressors of daily life. 

​​Meet Willa Sky. She was inspired by the large blue heron sculpture in Eugene's University District. Willa Sky (and Blue Herons) symbolize presence, uniqueness, balance, and being at peace. They walk slowly and stand still for long periods of time when waiting to catch fish, trusting that what they need will come to them at the right time. Willa reminds those of us at Willamette Sky Counseling to be mindful in each moment and to nurture all aspects of ourselves. By embracing and loving ourselves - flaws and all - we can find inner peace. And when we locate and call on our own inner peace, we can share it with others, spreading healing throughout the world.
