Philosophy and Approach:
I want to acknowledge that healing from trauma, eating disorders, depression, relationship issues, or anything else that may be taking you from your most authentic self is challenging, and you are not alone. I value and welcome collaboration in the therapeutic process, and it is important that you are provided a supportive space to heal and recover as your true self. Together, we will explore and identify core values, clarify boundaries, while bringing awareness to your body and mind.
 
I primarily work with individuals 18+ struggling with trauma, relationship issues, eating disorders, depression, and anxiety.
 
I am an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trained clinician and utilize various therapeutic approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions. My goal is to hold a safe space for you to process, heal, and discover yourself without judgment.
