Together, we will explore and identify core values, clarify boundaries, while bringing awareness to your body and mind.
AREAS OF FOCUS
I primarily work with individuals 18+ struggling with trauma, relationship issues, eating disorders, depression, and anxiety.
COUNSELING TECHNIQUES
I am an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trained clinician and uses various therapeutic approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions. My goal is to hold a safe space for you to process, heal, and discover yourself without judgment.
EDUCATION CREDENTIALS
I earned my Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from University of Wisconsin Oshkosh (2017). I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Pacific University (2020). I am Registered Clinical Social Work Associate (CSWA), Oregon A12096. My supervisor is Sam Beckmann, LCSW, Oregon 8373.
