I work to provide a stable, consistent and compassionate space for clients to mindfully explore the truth of who they are and what they want to create.
As we face challenges, life calls us to bravely adjust, stretch and transform who we are. Using a humanistic approach, I believe my role is to witness, encourage and empower clients in discovering the emerging parts of themselves as well as the parts that may no longer serve a purpose. Integrating mindfulness practices that acknowledge the body-mind connection, clients will develop greater awareness and identify the steps needed to create change. I accompany my clients in navigating experiences including grief and loss, anxiety, parenthood and relationships. Clients will be encouraged to develop skills in boundary setting, communication, self esteem and the realization of their goals. While we may not be able to control the outside world as much as we would sometimes wish, each person has the capacity to acknowledge their own experience and desires and find satisfaction in engaging authentically along the journey.
