Fees are determined on an insurance, fee-for-service and sliding scale basis. Fees will be determined before we meet for our initial session. For many this is mostly covered by your insurance. If you are in need of sliding scale please let us know at phone call.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions: Do I have mental health benefits? What is my deductible and has it been met? How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover? How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider? What is the coverage amount per therapy session? Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Blue Cross/Blue Shield
Cash, checks, and credit/debit cards are accepted for payment at time of service or will be charged to your debit or credit card within 24 hours after your therapy session. Insurance co-payments are due at the time of the session or will be charged to your debit or credit card within 24 hours after your therapy session.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a late cancellation fee to compensate your therapist for this lost appointment time.
