I help individuals to navigate life challenges and transitions, with an emphasis on healing from depression, stress and anxiety. I strive to provide a safe, accepting, caring partnership where you can focus on self-exploration and positive change. Throughout our time together I work with you to hold yourself in compassion as you learn new strategies to nurture your wellbeing and build inner peace and confidence as you cope with life’s challenges. I follow an individualized, holistic, integrative approach to counseling that incorporates techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, mindfulness, stress-management and mind-body healing modalities. Together we will explore your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and the role of mind-body connection in your mental wellbeing. I also bring fifteen years of experience in the field of applied behavior analysis, which has allowed me to develop tools to help you discover your individual strengths, create goals and take actionable steps towards change. I believe that we all have the potential to heal and grow and it is an honor to be a part of your healing process. I look forward to starting this journey with you.
