I am a native Oregonian with indigenous heritage to the Modoc Nation and guided by the belief that our burdens are not meant to be experienced alone, but rather shared and celebrated. The foundation of my passion for providing therapy is based on healing others through connecting to our experiences and collaborating with our emotions.
Along with this and my lifelong practice of Buddhism, I utilize many indigenous and Eastern-based philosophies in my work and personal life. As an integrative therapist and trauma specialist who views the therapeutic process through a biopsychosocial lens, I seek to promote healing and connection to ourselves, others, and the environment by focusing on the various domains related to the human experience. I provide evidence-based modalities such as Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Brainspotting to aid with the various symptoms related to post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, and I provide individual therapy sessions for people aged 16+. Additionally, I hold specialized training and personal experience in attuning with people who identify as BIPOC, neurodivergent, and/or LGBTQIA+. I pride myself in being unconditionally compassionate and maintaining my professionalism while simultaneously utilizing humor, wisdom, and real-life experiences to aid in your counseling journey.
