I believe that engaging in therapy is a courageous choice. Exploring our own stories can be terrifying if it brings up pain, heartache, or fear. Many of us spend years trying to find ways to escape these negative feelings only to feel even more stuck. Therapy offers us another choice-one that can move us through our experiences and into a place of hope where we can feel more peace and connection.
In my approach to therapy I trust that we all have the innate ability to grow and heal. My aim as your therapist is to help you access your own inner wisdom and strength to help you move towards your values and desired experiences. I specialize in working with individual and relational issues from an attachment based, trauma informed, intersectional, systemic lense. I help people who want to find relief from anxiety or depression, heal past trauma, address intimacy and sexuality issues, work through relationship difficulties, explore religious trauma, process grief, and authentically connect with themselves and others. My style is warm, collaborative, and I always aim to create a space that is non-judgmental, sex positive, antiracist, and gender and neurodivergent affirming. I feel privileged to hear my client's stories and join them on their journey towards healing. Together we can come up with a plan that will help you to feel happier, more empowered, and increase your sense of trust in yourself and your relationships. I'm here for you. Qualifications:
