I believe in a non-judgmental, collaborative approach to therapy that prioritizes inclusive and empowering communication. My goal is to foster resilience, and to provide a validating space where you can become who you are in your heart of hearts. Counseling Approach With more than a decade of experience in evidence-based therapies, my therapeutic approach is rooted in behaviorism. I specialize in treatments such as DBT and CBT, as well as trauma and OCD protocols like PE, CPT, and ERP. Together we can tailor a strategy, centered on your personal aims and intent. Whether you are struggling with invalidation and traumatic experiences, or struggling to meet your personal goals, we can make a plan that feels achievable and self-actualizing. I collaborate with folks struggling with all types of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships challenges, life transitions, and grief. If you have been struggling with self-doubt, anxiety, or panic-like thoughts, we can adapt skills to manage those stressors. I also incorporate mindfulness and EFT to both support your goals in therapy and to help reduce suffering. Based on your unique experiences, we can decide the ways these tools will fit into your life to help create ease, more agency, and improved self-esteem. Guided by philosophies of intersectionality and inclusivity, I welcome diverse clients into this therapeutic space. If you are experiencing persistent self-criticism, or the impacts of past invalidation, we will work with loving-kindness and evidence-based therapies to help you live a life aligned with your core values and authentic self.
