Kathryn Snell-Ryan, LPC, ATR, Art Therapist, Co-Founder
My practice is committed to helping you explore what feels fractured in your life, find or re-connect with what feels "right", and make meaningful changes that will help move you forward. I believe that change, despite the weight of history, is entirely possible.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and nationally registered Art Therapist, and my approach to therapy is closely aligned with current research on brain functioning and best-practice treatment. Alongside my therapy work, I am the co-creator of A Penny For Your Thoughts: a survival kit for kids & adults, a playful communication card game. I consider myself a seasoned clinician, a straight-forward communicator, and a sincere encourager of living well. I am also a mother, wife, sister, friend, and daughter - all of which I learn more from everyday.
