The decision to enter therapy is a personal one and can feel overwhelming, there are various reasons for seeing a therapist such as anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relationship, communication, trauma...whatever the reason, I am here to support you on your journey. You are the authority of your life and I am here to provide a safe place for you to process your experiences, feel empowered and grow.
I am a Registered Intern with six (6) years of experience in the mental health field; I have worked with a variety of individuals from youths to adults experiencing various mental health conditions and relational issues. I have previously worked with youths in residential and an intensive outpatient school, teens and adults in community mental health clinics, and young adults in an intensive program for individuals experiencing psychosis. I have experience with treating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, relationship issues, attachment related disorders, and life transitions.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, meaning while you are the driving force behind therapy, I am here to support and guide your process. I utilize a combination of approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and strength based to provide you with individualized treatment.

M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bushnell University, 2019
B.S. in Criminal Justice: Corrections Option from California State University East Bay, 2015
