Welcome — I offer a safe, collaborative space to be seen, speak your truth, and create the life you want. I work with individuals, couples, and those from marginalized communities.
Individual Therapy If you're carrying the pain of social isolation, struggling to feel like you belong, finding it difficult to trust others, or yearning to feel loved and confident about your body, sexuality and self—you’re not alone, and you’ve come to the right place. Issues of early childhood or complex trauma, transition, loss, and major life changes shake up our self-esteem and ability to trust others. Using EMDR, IFS strategies, and a mixed modality integrative approach, to help you get to the heart of what’s holding you back, heal old hurts, build closer, more meaningful relationships, and increase a sense of self-confidence and belonging. __________________________________________________________________________
_For those from marginalized communities Whether you are facing navigating cultural adjustment, systemic oppression, and/or identity, and belonging issues, I am here to support you. As a multicultural therapist with roots in multiple countries and cultures, I understand what it’s like to live “in between” worlds. This work isn’t about minimizing the effect of discrimination or displacement — it’s about honoring your story, building safety, and reclaiming your voice and sense of belonging. I actively welcome members of BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.
Couples Therapy If you’re feeling like your partner isn’t really listening, stuck in the same arguments, trying to heal from past wounds, or just wanting to feel closer and more connected—we’ll work together, integrating a mix of EFT and a Gottman informed approach to help you and your partner understand each other better, build trust, and feel more connected. Couples are often surprised by the impactful changes they make simply by having a safe space to share about their issues and learn new tools to care for each other with newfound love and respect. __________________________________________________________________________
