Welcome, I believe that each of us has the innate ability to live a rich and fulfilling life, love ourselves and our bodies, have thriving meaningful and intimate relationships, and be surrounded by a supportive community. Our dedicated therapy journey together will be a warm, safe, and collaborative space to help you make positive lasting changes in your life.
My approach to working with individuals and couples is grounded in identifying and emphasizing your strengths and creating a vision for the future. Utilizing Solution Focused Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, and other somatic and behavioral based approaches we focus on gently tuning into and caring for your emotional needs and overcoming your limiting beliefs and patterns. The goals of this work include healing from trauma, greater access to self- love, fulfillment, and the development of healthy co-supportive relationships. Our session space will also always be a safe and empowering place to discuss your relationship to your body, sexuality, and desire for intimacy.
I enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life. As a granddaughter to European Jewish immigrants who spent her childhood in Israel, I experienced a unique immigration journey which has informed my multicultural approach and fueled my desire to help others in gaining anti-oppressive awareness, strengthen a sense of empowerment, and develop strong communal supports. I am especially inspired to support those who have been marginalized, experienced immigration challenges, and other major life transitions. I welcome women, minorities, and people of color to reclaim their voice and explore and amplify their strengths. My background has included women’s sexuality, love and empowerment coaching, and a training and study in in Body-Oriented Holistic Psychotherapy.
