Welcome I believe we all have the innate ability to love ourselves and our bodies, feel a sense of self-worth and belonging, have meaningful relationships, and be surrounded by a supportive community. These are the foundations of a fulfilling and authentic life.
Whether you’re healing from trauma, facing relationship challenges, or working toward greater self-acceptance, therapy can be a powerful catalyst for lasting change. I offer a warm, collaborative space where healing is rooted in safety, curiosity, and compassion. _____________________________________________________________________
Individual Therapy I support individuals seeking to feel good about their body and sexuality, and wanting to improve self-esteem and self-love, and cultivate healthy, satisfying relationships. This is a space to feel seen, supported, and empowered. In addition, I am committed to working with marginalized communities navigating cultural adjustment, systemic oppression, or the pain of not feeling fully seen. My approach honors your lived experience and is grounded in cultural humility and social justice.
Couples Therapy I help couples navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and deepen intimacy. Whether you’re feeling disconnected or seeking to strengthen your relationship, we’ll work together to create a secure and fulfilling bond. _____________________________________________________________________
My Background Born and raised in the Middle East until childhood, I immigrated to the United States, where I grew up as the granddaughter of European Jewish immigrants. This multicultural experience informs my trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach.
My Approach I use a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach drawing from:
EMDR
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)
Attachment Theory
Solution-Focused, Behavioral-Based, and Mindfulness-Based Approaches
Together, we work to shift old patterns, release shame, and cultivate emotional freedom, connection, and greater self-acceptance.

Couples working through communication or intimacy challenges
BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and others exploring identity and belonging
