“I believe that everyone has not just one, but multiple, stories of who they are. At the end of our time together, my goal is for you to feel as comfortable with, and in control of, your own story as possible.”
Bri is a registered Marriage & Family Therapy Associate, originally from Georgia. She believes that everyone has the right to be heard, to heal, and to determine their own story. She works with clients with the understanding that they are the expert in their own lives and know which goals are the most authentic to their own experience. To support the development of these goals, she supports clients in examining strengths and barriers that exist in every level of life. Time spent with Bri is focused on strengths, values, and how to use those to achieve the solutions that work best for her clients. She firmly holds a non-judgmental stance, viewing all behaviors as making sense in the situations they arise from.
Bri primarily utilizes Narrative and Solution Focused Therapies and has background in working with aging, immigration, gender transition in all stages of life, chronic and/or severe illness, and trauma recovery for individuals, couples, and families.
