Anna Schlachter, Clinical Intern
Sometimes life can seem like an unpredictable whirlwind, leaving us feeling confused, discouraged, and powerless. Everyday events and responsibilities may become overwhelming, and the effects of unresolved emotions and traumatic experiences can linger years after the fact. How do we regain control amongst the chaos and make progress towards healing and thriving? I believe that each person is the expert of not only their emotions and experiences, but their solutions as well. My goal as a therapist is to assist in the identification and exploration of these elements within a supportive, trauma-informed environment. Using a strengths-based, person-centered approach, I strive to empower my clients in their journey to self-discovery and healing.
